Summer party: outdoors, big, no seating plan

A summer party lives on movement, people stand, get a drink, come back. A format that forces everyone to one table at the same time kills that. The graffiti workshop at the Hall of Fame at Bahnwärter Thiel works the other way round: small groups at their own sections of wall, whoever takes a break comes back and sprays on. Cloudflare sprayed its way along exactly this wall one Munich summer. And if the weather turns, a roof is the answer, not a cancellation: GKM moved its summer day into the glass greenhouse at the Botanikum, barefoot on grass, action painting, graffiti and abstract painting side by side. The company had booked the greenhouse itself, we came with material and guides.

Wiesn season: the date decides, not the format

The Wiesn runs from 19 September to 4 October 2026. For those 16 days, hotels, taxis and part of the city-centre venues are blocked or a lot more expensive for out-of-town guests. The wall at Bahnwärter Thiel is unaffected, your colleagues' travel is not. If you're planning a company event in autumn, put it clearly before or clearly after the Wiesn: at the end of October, once the tents are down, the city is bookable as normal again. Company outing: a lunch break is enough

A company outing in Munich doesn't need a coach. T.con sprayed a 40-square-metre communal graffiti piece in the Werksviertel during one lunch break, and everyone took a small painted paper back to their desk. Two to three hours of workshop, then a walk to lunch, and the outing stays inside the working day. Incentive: a reward that stays on the office wall

An incentive event should give the team something it wouldn't buy itself. A graffiti workshop or an action painting date is exactly that: at the end there is a piece that hangs in the office or lives on as a photo. Which format fits Munich

Graffiti in Munich means a legal wall: the Hall of Fame at Bahnwärter Thiel in the Schlachthofviertel or the surface in the Werksviertel at Ostbahnhof, and we obtain the permit. Action painting runs on canvas, outdoors or indoors, and comes with us to your office or courtyard. Whoever proposes a company event has to explain it internally. The facts for that: €129 per person for 15 to 20 people, €109 up to 25, €99 up to 50, €89 up to 100, €79 from 101, individual from 251, each net plus 19% VAT. Travel, material, supervision and the permit are included, venue and food are not. Quote within 24 hours, payment before the date by invoice or in the shop, free cancellation up to 30 days before.
