A graffiti workshop as a team event means this: your team stands in front of a real wall, with spray cans and caps, and sprays one large piece together. Not a sample sheet, not a template to copy. You decide the word or motif in the group beforehand, a guide teaches the technique and splits the work into three roles: background, fill-in and outline. That role split is why a workshop works with ten people and with a thousand, without anyone waiting. A session runs two to three hours, takes place at a legal wall outdoors, and costs between 129 and 79 euros per person net, tiered by group size. Materials, protective clothing, guides, travel plus set-up and take-down are included. The wall piece stays where it went up, and where possible we take a drone shot of the whole group in front of it for you to keep.
The word or motif is your decision, made in the group before the first can is shaken. A guide shows how the can behaves, then splits the work into roles: background, fill-in, outline. That is why a wall works with ten people and with a thousand.
Anyone who has sat through a team event where everyone stands in a circle and plays guided games knows the feeling. Here nobody performs. You spray, and at the end something stands there that was not there in the morning.
The wall piece stays where it was sprayed, and where possible we take a drone shot of the whole group in front of it. From €79 per person, net. The larger the group, the lower the price per head.
How does graffiti technique work?
Spraying looks free, and it is. What decides whether the wall reads well at the end are three things a guide hands over in the first twenty minutes:
The cap makes the line, not the hand. A fatcap lays a wide, soft band, an outline cap draws a thin edge. Swapping the cap changes the line more than any amount of practice does. That is why everyone gets the right cap for their step instead of a lesson in drawing.
Distance decides sharp or blurred. Close to the wall the paint runs, far away it dusts and goes grey. The working distance is roughly a forearm, and once a group has felt it, the drips stop. Nobody has to know this beforehand.
Order beats talent: background, fill-in, outline. First the surface, then the colour inside the letters, the black edge last. Anyone who outlines first loses the line under the next layer. This order is also what lets a large group work at the same time instead of queueing.

How the graffiti workshop runs
We don't talk much, we start spraying early. We barely interfere with your motif, the wall should come from your hand, not ours.
A session runs two to three hours, and the order makes the difference: draw the outline first and you lose it under the next layer. That is why the wall grows in a fixed order. What that means for your group is laid out step by step below.
If you do not have a location yet, we suggest a surface we have worked on before. The booking still stays with you, and the same goes for side programme and drinks. We come to your own rooms as soon as you provide the surface.
On site our team covers the area with protective material, and we take liability for it. If a spot gets messy, we leave that area out. No need to change clothes: gloves and a poncho are enough.
The guide explains the material first: can, cap, distance. A fatcap lays wide areas, an outline cap draws the edge. The working distance is roughly a forearm, closer than that and the paint runs. It clicks within minutes.
A guide splits the group into small units, one guide per 50 participants. Roles rotate: whoever just laid background moves on to fill-in, and the guide steers the order.

Which word or motif goes on the wall is your decision, made in the group beforehand. That is the part that sparks the most debate, and it does not belong in the workshop time.
At the end we clean up and the surface goes back the way it was. Whatever was created belongs to you from that moment on; nothing is shipped or delivered afterwards. You take your pieces with you right away.

How you pay
There are two routes: book directly in the shop, or an invoice to your accounts department. In both cases payment falls due before the date, and that is the rule with us.
If something gets in the way
Up to 30 days before you cancel free of charge, after that the full sum falls due. If the weather turns, that only decides the location: at the wall outside, or on a covered outdoor surface. Either way you spray outdoors.
What is already included
Materials, guidance, set-up and take-down sit inside the price, along with travel. For a legal wall we obtain the permit, at no extra charge.

What does the workshop cost?
The workshop starts at €79 per person net, and small groups sit at €129.
The price per head falls as the group grows, and that is plain arithmetic. Travel, setup and crew happen once, whether twelve people are spraying or two hundred. Two hundred spread the same fixed costs across more shoulders. The price includes travel, transport of all materials, all the paint, protective covers and guidance from our people on site. For a legal wall such as the one at Bahnwärter Thiel we obtain the permit, at no extra charge. The only thing you pay for is the location, if you do not have one. For groups smaller than nine or ten we do not accept an enquiry, because the setup does not carry itself. All figures are net, plus 19% VAT. Up to 30 days before the date you cancel free of charge, after that the full sum falls due. We answer your enquiry within 24 hours with a concrete quote.
Where does the workshop take place?
We work at legal walls across Europe, plus any outdoor surface your team can provide.
The first is the legal Hall of Fame wall at Bahnwärter Thiel on Tumblinger Straße in the Schlachthofviertel. That is where anything large and permanent on a wall comes about. The second is any legal outdoor wall near you, a rooftop terrace or a courtyard, and for rain days a covered outdoor surface such as under a bridge. Spray cans always need fresh air, so we never work indoors or in an office, even a large hall does not solve that. Whether your date is called a company outing or a corporate event changes nothing here. If you are unsure whether your space works, attach a photo to the enquiry. Then we settle it beforehand rather than on the day.
What happens in bad weather?
Bad weather does not cancel a date, it only decides whether you work at an open wall or a covered outdoor surface.
Graffiti with the spray can is always an outdoor format, even for the covered route: a bridge, a roof over an open area, or a covered courtyard keeps the group dry without a mask. Action painting is the one that also runs fully indoors, so if your date must stay weatherproof at any cost, that is the better fit. In practice that means: tell us at the enquiry whether your date can move. If it cannot, we pick a covered outdoor surface from the start. If it can, we hold the wall open and come back to you as soon as the forecast is reliable.
