Company Outing in Munich: Ideas with a Result, No Guesswork

T.con didn't clear a whole day for its company outing. One lunch break in the Werksviertel was enough: the whole group worked one surface, a 40-square-metre communal graffiti piece stood at the end, and everyone took a small painted paper back to their desk. No coach, no overnight stay, no printed agenda.

A date lasts two to three hours, which fits an afternoon on a working day or, as with T.con, an extended lunch break. The order makes the difference: first you work at the wall or canvas, then you walk to dinner. The outing needs no coach because it happens where you already are.

2. Ideas nearby: three places that have already worked

If you're looking for fun group outings nearby, you don't have to leave Munich. The legal surface in the Werksviertel is at Ostbahnhof, the Hall of Fame at Bahnwärter Thiel is in the Schlachthofviertel, and we obtain the permit for both ourselves. 5. The indoor version is a change of format, not a plan B

The graffiti workshop takes place at the legal wall, and that wall is outdoors. If you're planning your Munich company outing indoors, you switch to action painting: canvas and paper in your own rooms or a hall, acrylic as standard, spray cans only in large, well-ventilated spaces. 6. What stays behind is the reason for the outing

7. Price and tax allowance are settled before you book

The scale is €129 per person for 15 to 20 people, €109 up to 25, €99 up to 50, €89 up to 100 and €79 from 101, net plus 19% VAT; from 251 people we quote individually.
