You give us a date, a place and a headcount. We bring the materials, the travel, the permits and the crew.

Past fifty people, most formats leave half the room standing around. With us the whole team paints at once, for two hours or across two days. Nobody has ever held a spray can before, and that is exactly the point. Sessions run in English or German, anywhere in Europe, from €79 per person, net.

Four fields. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Graffiti

With real writers beside you, your team sprays one large graffiti piece, legally, safely and with proper style. We work on legal walls in several cities, or we set up our mobile pavilion on your own outdoor space. Nobody has ever turned up with prior experience, which is exactly why nobody ends up standing on the sidelines.

01Sketch and style. Letters, outlines, fills. You learn how a graffiti piece comes together.
02Onto the wall. With professional guidance you spray letters of 2 × 2 m into a piece 6 to 7 m long.
03Drone shot and file. Your work is captured and you receive it as a digital file, to share or print yourselves.
2 hours · flexible 10 to 1,000 people drone photos included legal wall or mobile pavilion

Mobile setup on almost any outdoor space. We bring the pavilion walls. You need a clean surface and around 30 to 40 m² of room.

How it runs

What a workshop actually looks like.

A relaxed hands-on workshop. We get into the doing quickly and explain little. We almost never touch your artwork, because everything should come from your hands. Sometimes we even let you work on a problem that you then fix yourselves. It should challenge the head and be fun, and it should never feel rushed.

01Arrive and settle

Run through the schedule, change clothes if needed. We supply the protective gear.

02Build the teams

With larger groups we split you into teams of ten where that helps.

03Brainstorm on site

Look together at what you want to make. Short, direct, no long theory.

04Get on with it

Straight into doing. We barely step in, your creativity goes on the wall, fixing mistakes included.

05Capture it

Drone and photo documentation plus a digital file for reprinting. The work stays with you.

What makes each workshop different

Action painting or graffiti?

You pick your style: the raw, bold energy of Basquiat or the drip and pour technique of Pollock. You work on canvases, in small teams on several artworks at once, with pens, sponges and spray tools, layer by layer.

Varies with group size. We bring as many artists as it takes.

Weather

Runs in almost any weather, outdoors and indoors. A mobile pavilion is possible.

Lead time

One to two weeks of lead time is usually enough. At the tightest, we have put an event together in 48 hours.

Multi-day and idea formats

Make it days, not just hours.

The best ideas turn up with a night in between. We spread the creative work across several days: gather impulses first, let them settle, then make something. That rhythm is what turns an event into real thinking work.

★ Our multi-day format

The two-day idea sprint

Day one opens the head, the night sorts it, day two puts it all on the picture. Teams that work this way leave with more than one piece of work. They leave with a shared idea the whole team helped build.

Day 1 · Impulses

Out of the meeting room

Street art tour and an open brainstorming round. Patterns, breaks, new angles. Input that sticks.

Break · in between

Let it settle

The night does the work. Ideas sort themselves out and the best one wins, without a meeting.

Day 2 · Making

From idea to image

Action painting or graffiti: yesterday's impulse becomes a shared piece of work today.

How you pay

Two routes: book directly in the shop, or we issue an invoice to your accounts department. The invoice goes out in advance and is due before the event date. Just tell us which route your procurement needs.

If something comes up

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the event. And if the weather turns on the day itself: we work outdoors as well as indoors, a mobile pavilion is possible, and we can move the date if it comes to that.

What is already included

Materials, guidance, setup, teardown and our travel are included in the price. You only book and pay for the venue yourselves. We suggest suitable walls, spots and partner restaurants.

Pass it upwards

This link replaces the first proposal PDF.

Whoever opens this page sees the price, the schedule and the client names without coming back to you. The prepared email states the formats, the group size and the languages in its first lines. You send the link, and the research is off your desk.

What teams say

4.6 out of 5, from 59 reviews.

"[…] With a group of 65 people we spent some great hours at the Bahnwärter Thiel in Munich. […] Thanks to his solid preparation, the usual scope of the workshop even fitted into our very tight time slot. […] Fresh air, movement, communication, team spirit, all of it." (translated from the German original)

Stefanie BeulkeMunich · Bahnwärter Thiel Google review

"Despite a complete lack of talent in the team, we ended up creating a result that everyone is genuinely proud of. […] A strong sense of us emerged, and it was literally there on the wall." (translated from the German original)

Andreas ScheifeleFrankfurt · Hall of Fame Google review

"We have been to plenty of team events and we always want to try something new. […] There were nine of us, aged from our mid twenties to our late fifties […] and we sprayed a big, colourful, creative team picture onto a large stone wall in Kassel. […]" (translated from the German original)

Manuel GallardoKassel Google review

"28 colleagues between 20 and 60, all completely clueless. Luca handled us on his own, no problem. We ended up really proud of ourselves and had a huge amount of fun. And we got drone photos as a keepsake. Happy to do it again any time." (translated from the German original)

Creativity that sticks you together. Creativity that stays forever.
