Everyone starts from zero. Nobody in the room has done this before, and that is exactly what makes it work. And nobody goes home covered in paint: we work with gloves. Graffiti, action painting and app-guided street art tours for teams of 10 to 1,000. Two hours, all materials included, run in 59 cities.
Click through them. Every workshop runs two hours, works from 10 people upwards, and arrives with everything you need.

In small teams you cover canvases of 1.5 × 1.5 m using pens, sponges and small spray tools, in the spirit of Pollock or Basquiat. What it turns into is your call along the way. We hand you the techniques and then stay out of it. At the end something hangs in your office that nobody had planned. And it works indoors, so it works in winter too.
Works in a pavilion (from 9 m² for 10 to 15 people) as well as in a seminar room. You work in small teams on several artworks.

With real writers beside you, your team sprays one large graffiti piece, legally, safely and with proper style. We work on legal walls in several cities, or we set up our mobile pavilion on your own outdoor space. Nobody has ever turned up with prior experience, which is exactly why nobody ends up standing on the sidelines.
Mobile setup on almost any outdoor space. We bring the pavilion walls. You need a clean surface and around 30 to 40 m² of room.

The city is your gallery, guided by an app. You meet in the area, start the game and move from mural to mural. No guide, no fixed pace. You stop as often as you like, take photos and read the stories behind the walls. Good as the opening of a day, or as the calmer part of a longer programme.
A relaxed hands-on workshop. We get into the doing quickly and explain little. We almost never touch your artwork, because everything should come from your hands. Sometimes we even let you work on a problem that you then fix yourselves. It should challenge the head and be fun, and it should never feel rushed.
Run through the schedule, change clothes if needed. We supply the protective gear.
With larger groups we split you into teams of ten where that helps.
Look together at what you want to make. Short, direct, no long theory.
Straight into doing. We barely step in, your creativity goes on the wall, fixing mistakes included.
Drone and photo documentation plus a digital file for reprinting. The work stays with you.
You pick your style: the raw, bold energy of Basquiat or the drip and pour technique of Pollock. You work on canvases, in small teams on several artworks at once, with pens, sponges and spray tools, layer by layer.

With graffiti we paint large, blocky letters, deliberately at XXL scale. That is almost impossible to get onto a canvas, so we go properly big on a wall. That is the appeal: a team piece 6 to 7 m long that gets captured at the end by drone. One image that is striking and tangible for everyone.

Varies with group size. We bring as many artists as it takes.
Runs in almost any weather, outdoors and indoors. A mobile pavilion is possible.
One to two weeks of lead time is usually enough. At the tightest, we have put an event together in 48 hours.
The best ideas turn up with a night in between. We spread the creative work across several days: gather impulses first, let them settle, then make something. That rhythm is what turns an event into real thinking work.
Day one opens the head, the night sorts it, day two puts it all on the picture. Teams that work this way leave with more than one piece of work. They leave with a shared idea the whole team helped build.
Street art tour and an open brainstorming round. Patterns, breaks, new angles. Input that sticks.
The night does the work. Ideas sort themselves out and the best one wins, without a meeting.
Action painting or graffiti: yesterday's impulse becomes a shared piece of work today.
A tour to get into it, a workshop to make something. Impulse and execution in one day, when it needs to be compact.

Two routes: book directly in the shop, or we issue an invoice to your accounts department. The invoice goes out in advance and is due before the event date. Just tell us which route your procurement needs.
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the event. And if the weather turns on the day itself: we work outdoors as well as indoors, a mobile pavilion is possible, and we can move the date if it comes to that.
Materials, guidance, setup, teardown and our travel are included in the price. You only book and pay for the venue yourselves. We suggest suitable walls, spots and partner restaurants.
From a moving underground train to a 900 m² neon office. Real projects, real teams.

A mobile wall carrying a Wefox throw-up on a Berlin underground train, plus individual canvases that everyone took home. The setting: the Zenner in Treptower Park.

In just five days, six artists turned the 900 m² office into a glowing neon world: black walls, logos, slogans and the legendary "Shine" bar. The office became a nightclub overnight.

Recycling and the circular economy interpreted as graffiti: four canvases of 2 × 2 m with the eBay logo built in, signed by the guests and now on display at the customer's site. Plus 450 mini easels for more than 1,000 visitors.

A summer party with 85 people and several art stations, action painting and graffiti in different languages. Creative company that really picked up speed at the Weilwerk Berlin.

In painter's overalls and right in the flow: the Toyota team worked large-format floor canvases with spray cans, stencils and free gesture. One shared piece of work that holds the energy of the day.

A whole wall as the canvas: at the event at Wellenwerk Berlin, the Samsung team sprayed the brand name as a large-scale graffiti piece, from the first outline to the finished, glowing lettering.
The largest group we have run at one time was 1,000 people at Helaba. From about fifty people upwards, that is usually the point where other formats stop keeping up.
"[…] With a group of 65 people we spent some great hours at the Bahnwärter Thiel in Munich. […] Thanks to his solid preparation, the usual scope of the workshop even fitted into our very tight time slot. […] Fresh air, movement, communication, team spirit, all of it." (translated from the German original)
"Despite a complete lack of talent in the team, we ended up creating a result that everyone is genuinely proud of. […] A strong sense of us emerged, and it was literally there on the wall." (translated from the German original)
"We have been to plenty of team events and we always want to try something new. […] There were nine of us, aged from our mid twenties to our late fifties […] and we sprayed a big, colourful, creative team picture onto a large stone wall in Kassel. […]" (translated from the German original)
"28 colleagues between 20 and 60, all completely clueless. Luca handled us on his own, no problem. We ended up really proud of ourselves and had a huge amount of fun. And we got drone photos as a keepsake. Happy to do it again any time." (translated from the German original)
Thought up. Made. With creativity that sticks.
What we see most often: adults turn back into children for two hours. Afterwards they are still talking about it weeks later.
