A company outing in Frankfurt needs no coach. 360T came to Ratswegkreisel in the Ostend with 50 people and painted a 50-metre 3D piece. Trade fair and conference: walk-in instead of a programme slot

Not every company event has a fixed group. At Helaba's Future Summit in the atrium of the Frankfurt trade fair, every guest could join in a walk-in format whenever they had time. The result was a HELABA lettering in balloon letters on five canvases.

Incentive: a reward that stays visible

An incentive should give the team something it would not buy for itself. At Comdeo, 10 people painted a 3D piece with blocks at the Hall of Fame, designed entirely by themselves. The piece stays on the wall, the photo stays with the team.

Christmas party: indoors or outdoors

In December, when it is cold, you switch the format: action painting runs on canvas in your own rooms or a hall, the graffiti workshop stays outside at the legal wall.
