360T painted a 50-metre 3D mural with 50 participants at the Hall of Fame on Ratswegkreisel in Frankfurt-Ostend, using blocks and colourful gradients. Part of the work meant climbing a ladder.

The brief

Keeping 50 people occupied on a single wall, without part of the group just watching, needs a surface that can carry that size, and a task that translates into real metres of height.

How it went

Our team describes the day like this: with 50 people we painted a 50-metre 3D mural at Ratswegkreisel in Frankfurt, using blocks and colourful transitions. A3 paper at 220 grams was handed out to take home. Part of the work was done from a ladder, to reach the right heights and get the colour gradients truly right, wall section by wall section, metre by metre.

The result

By the end, a 50-metre 3D mural stood with the motif "TEAM AWESOME", built from a genuinely large number of painted square metres, some of it painted from real height on a ladder rather than just at eye level. The result works well for later digital use by the company.

With a group this size, surface matters more than technique: 50 metres of wall give 50 people enough room to actually work at the same time instead of taking turns. A small take-home piece like an A3 sheet fits alongside the large mural without needing its own time slot.
