Company Outing in Berlin: Ideas with a Result, Not a Guessing Game

A company outing in Berlin rarely fails for lack of options; it fails at the list: rally, boat trip, cooking class, escape room, and in the end whoever was loudest decides. Bring did it differently: 25 people, a whole bus at the Wellenwerk in Lichtenberg, each group its own section, and by the evening something stood there that had not existed before. Here are the seven questions that come before every company outing in Berlin, with our answers.

1. Half a day is enough if the programme has a result

Two to three hours of workshop, then dinner or home time. A whole day is not needed, because the format does not rely on programme items but on a piece: a wall, a bus or canvases that are finished at the end. Start in the afternoon and you are done by dinner, with a photo that hangs longer than any presentation.

2. Ideas close by: legal walls, the Wellenwerk and your own building

Berlin does not have a single wall for this, it has several. Outdoors we work at the legal surfaces in Kreuzberg and in Friedrichshain down by the bridge at Warschauer Straße. Under a roof there is the Wellenwerk in Lichtenberg, our partner hall, where a whole bus fits as the surface. And if you do not want to go out at all, you get action painting in your own rooms, the way DeepL ran its street art workshop right in the office. Getting there in Berlin means S-Bahn, tram or on foot, no coach.

3. Large or small: the same surface carries both

For the graffiti workshop we charge from 10 people, for action painting from 15; smaller teams are welcome and pay the amount for that starting number. Upwards it goes to 1,000 for graffiti and 500 for action painting, because large groups work in small groups in parallel. At the Wellenwerk a whole bus becomes the surface, at the legal wall each team takes its section. 4. Summer outdoors, winter under a roof

In summer it is the wall or a mobile wall at your site, like wefox's summer event at the Zenner by Treptower Park. The graffiti workshop runs outdoors in rain, cold and snow too, we bring protective clothing; only if the weather makes it unreasonable do we offer a replacement date or a covered surface, at no extra charge. 5. What remains at the end is the reason for the outing

A company outing that leaves only the invoice gets replaced by a different one next year. A sprayed bus, a wall piece at a legal surface or a set of canvases in the hallway stay. Bring cut its own social media video from the day at the Wellenwerk, and every group took small pieces of its own home. Where the location allows it, we take the drone shot of the whole group in front of the finished piece.

6. Price and tax allowance are fixed before booking

From €79 per person net, depending on group size: small groups pay €129 per person, large ones reach the €79, from 251 people we quote individually. Travel within Berlin, materials, protective covers, supervision and the permit for the legal wall are included; venue and catering you book yourselves.
